The most important operational risks are linked to development in the Nordic building materials marked in terms of volume and sales prices. In addition, the price development of input factors such as timber, energy and adhesives, are also important risk factors. The financial risk mainly involves currency, interest rates and liquidity. Related Parties
Group CEO Geir Drangsland and related parties’ control 88.7% of the shares in Byggma ASA. The Group CEO is on a contract from Scanel AS which is controlled by Geir Drangsland.
